GALE WARNING HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

* WINDS...NE 10 TO 20 KT WITH ISOLATED GUSTS NEAR 30...ESPECIALLY
  IN THE EXTREME NORTHWEST PORTION OF THE ZONE EARLY THIS MORNING.
  WINDS WILL BECOME SOUTHERLY LATER THIS AFTERNOON.

.WAVES...STEEP WAVES 10 TO 14 FEET THIS MORNING SUBSIDING TO 7 TO 9
 FT AROUND 8 SECONDS LATER THIS AFTERNOON.

VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
