...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM THIS
AFTERNOON TO 3 AM PST SUNDAY...

* SEAS...A LONG PERIOD WESTERLY SWELL WILL BUILD TODAY CAUSING
  THE SEA STATE TO REACH 10 FT BY THIS EVENING...AND PEAK AROUND
  12 TO 14 FT ON FRIDAY. THE SWELL WILL DIMINISH THROUGH THE
  WEEKEND WITH THE SEA STATE FALLING BELOW 10 FT BY SUNDAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
