THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN EUREKA HAS ISSUED A SMALL CRAFT
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 AM PDT THURSDAY.

* WINDS...SOUTHERLY 15 TO 25 KT THROUGH THE NIGHT THEN EASING ON
  THU AS LOW PRESSURE PASSES THE AREA.

* WAVES/SEAS...WAVES WILL INCLUDE SHORT PERIOD CHOP OUT OF THE S
  DUE TO THE WINDS ALONG WITH LONGER PERIOD WAVES FROM THE SSW AND
  WNW WHICH WILL REMAIN THROUGH FRIDAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
