...GUSTY WINDS AND HIGH WAVES TODAY INTO FRIDAY...

.AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE PASSING TO THE SOUTHEAST TODAY INTO
FRIDAY WILL CREATE PERSISTENT AND GUSTY NORTHEAST WINDS OVER LAKE
MICHIGAN AND THE BAY OF GREEN BAY. THE INCREASING WINDS WILL
CREATE HIGH WAVES STARTING TODAY. CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO
PERSIST ON FRIDAY OVER THE LAKE AND DIMINISH EARLIER ON FRIDAY
FOR THE BAY.

* WAVES...BUILDING TO 4 TO 7 FEET TODAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.  INEXPERIENCED MARINERS, ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
