.LIGHT SOUTHEAST WINDS CONTINUE TO BRING IN AN UNSEASONABLY WARM
AND HUMID AIRMASS OVER RELATIVELY COOLER GULF WATERS. THE RESULT
IS THE FORMATION OF SEA FOG. THIS FOG WILL BE DENSE AT TIMES INTO
MID MORNING BEFORE MIXING OUT.
