* AREAS AFFECTED...FROM PORT ORFORD SOUTH. THE AREA WILL EXTEND
  FROM 2 NM TO 15 NM OFF THE COAST NEAR PORT ORFORD...WIDENING
  TO TO 8 NM TO 50 NM OFF THE COAST WEST OF BROOKINGS.
