* WINDS: NORTH 20 TO 30 KT WITH HIGHER GUSTS. THE STRONGEST WINDS
  WILL OCCUR THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

* SEAS: VERY STEEP WIND DRIVEN SEAS 8 TO 10 FEET...SUBSIDING TO 6
  TO 8 FEET BY THURSDAY AFTERNOON. THE HEAVIEST SEAS WILL OCCUR

* AREAS AFFECTED: HAZARDOUS SEAS WILL GENERALLY OCCUR BEYOND 20 NM
