ADVISORY FOR HAZARDOUS SEAS...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM TO
10 PM PST MONDAY.

* SEAS...STEEP 10 TO 11 FT SEAS AT WITH A DOMINANT PERIOD OF 16
  SECONDS ARE EXPECTED EARLY MONDAY MORNING THROUGH MONDAY
  EVENING.

* AREAS AFFECTED...ALL AREAS WILL BE AFFECTED BY STEEP SEAS EXCEPT
  FOR SLIGHTLY LOWER SEAS AROUND 9 FEET WITHIN 5 NM FROM BROOKINGS
  SOUTH.
