WATERS THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING...

...STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP THURSDAY MORNING BEHIND A
COLD FRONT PASSAGE...

.A VERY MOIST AIRMASS REMAINS IN PLACE OVER THE NORTHERN GULF.
AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL FREQUENTLY REDUCE THE VISIBILITY TO LESS
THAN 1 MILE...WITH REDUCTIONS TO ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS ALSO
LIKELY. IN AREAS WHERE THE FOG HAS LIFTED THIS AFTERNOON...IT
WILL QUICKLY REFORM BY THIS EVENING. A COLD FRONT PASSAGE MID TO
LATE THURSDAY MORNING WILL BRING AN END TO THE DENSE FOG...BUT
WILL RESULT IN A STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW THAT WILL PERSIST THROUGH
FRIDAY MORNING.
