GALE WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* WINDS...WESTERLY 15 TO 25 KNOTS RISING TO 25 TO 35 KNOTS TUESDAY
  AFTERNOON AND TUESDAY NIGHT

* WAVES/SEAS...WIND WAVES 2 TO 4 FEET BUILDING TO 4 TO 6 FEET
  TUESDAY NIGHT.

A GALE WARNING MEANS WINDS OF 34 TO 47 KNOTS ARE IMMINENT OR
