CONTAIN TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS. PERSONS TRAVELING THIS AFTERNOON SHOULD
BE ALERT FOR PONDING OF WATER ON ROADS. THE SHOWERS AND STORMS ARE
MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH. MOST OF THE ACTIVITY WILL BE WEST OF A
MANSFIELD...STATE COLLEGE...ALTOONA...BEDFORD LINE.
