SOUTHERN NEW MEXICO THIS MORNING. THESE STORMS WERE SLOWLY
WEAKENING BUT WILL STILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING SOME BRIEF HEAVY
RAIN AND GUSTY OUTFLOW WINDS. THE STORMS SHOULD CONTINUE TO WEAKEN
OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS.
