PATCHY FOG WAS BEGINNING TO FORM ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN MIDDLE
TENNESSEE AND NORTHEAST ALABAMA. ALTHOUGH MOST LOCATIONS WERE
GENERALLY FOG FREE...THOSE SPOTS EXPERIENCING FOG COULD SEE
VISIBILITY REDUCTIONS BELOW 1/2 OF A MILE AT TIMES. OVERNIGHT
TRAVELERS SHOULD BE ALERT FOR RAPID CHANGES IN VISIBILITIES DUE TO
THE PATCHY NATURE OF THE FOG...AND REDUCE DRIVING SPEED AS
APPROPRIATE.
