From:  RTH Washington Data Management

Subject:  The current EDIS system and all current EDIS user
   accounts will cease operation on 01 October 2016.

The RTH-Washington Email Data Input System (EDIS) is being
upgraded for improved efficiency and to enhance security.
The current EDIS system and all current EDIS user accounts
will cease operation on 01 October 2016.

There are two planned changes that will affect current EDIS
users. The first change for EDIS will institute a new access
policy; the second change will require our partners to
implement a message format change to the "Subject Line" of
each email containing data that is sent to RTH-Washington for
dissemination. This format change is the addition of a
personal identification number (PIN). This upgrade makes it
necessary that all current EDIS account holders/users
re-register as soon as possible to obtain their new EDIS user
account with their unique PIN assignment. Additional
