* TEMPERATURE...FROM THE LOWER 20S IN SOUTHEAST KANSAS TO THE MID
  20S IN MOST OF CENTRAL AND SOUTH-CENTRAL KANSAS.

* IMPACTS...THE VERY COLD TEMPERATURES WOULD BE DANGEROUS AND
  WOULD KILL ALL SENSITIVE PLANTS AND VEGETATION LEFT OUTDOORS.
