THIS MORNING. WINDS WILL BECOME NORTHWEST AT 20 TO 25 MPH WITH
GUSTS HIGHER BY THE EARLY AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL BEGIN TO DECREASE
BY THE LATE AFTERNOON HOURS AND DROP BELOW THE WIND ADVISORY
