A HIGH WIND WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY MORNING THROUGH
FRIDAY EVENING.

* WINDS: SOUTH 35 TO 45 MPH GUSTING TO 60 MPH ALONG THE COAST.

* TIMING: WINDS WILL INCREASE FRIDAY MORNING...THEN DIMINISH
  FRIDAY NIGHT.

* LOCATIONS INCLUDE: PORT ORFORD...GOLD BEACH AND OTHER COASTAL
  AREAS FROM CAPE FERRELO TO THE OREGON DUNES.

* IMPACTS: HIGHWAY 101 WILL BE IMPACTED BY THIS STORM. THE PORT OF
  PORT ORFORD WILL BE EXPOSED TO WIND AND WAVE ACTION. A
  COMBINATION OF VERY STRONG WINDS AND HEAVY RAIN WILL MAKE
  DRIVING VERY HAZARDOUS AS WELL AS CAUSING LIMBS TO BREAK AND
  TREES TO TOPPLE.
