SUNDAY MORNING ALLOWING MUCH COLDER AIR TO SETTLE OVER THE REGION.

TEMPERATURES WILL SLOWLY WARM ABOVE FREEZING THIS MORNING. FOR
TONIGHT...CLEAR SKY AND CALM WINDS WILL COMBINED WITH A COLD AIR-
MASS TO PRODUCE A HARD FREEZE BY EARLY SUNDAY MORNING. SEVERAL

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MORRISTOWN HAS ISSUED A HARD
FREEZE WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT EDT /11 PM CDT/
TONIGHT TO 11 AM EDT /10 AM CDT/ SUNDAY. THE FREEZE WATCH IS NO
LONGER IN EFFECT.

* EVENT...FREEZING TEMPERATURES WILL CONTINUE UNTIL MID-MORNING. A
  HARD FREEZE EXPECTED WITH LOWS BETWEEN THE UPPER TEENS NORTH TO
  THE UPPER 20S SOUTH LATE TONIGHT AND SUNDAY MORNING.

* TIMING...TEMPERATURES FALLING AT OR BELOW 28 DEGREES BETWEEN
  MIDNIGHT TONIGHT AND MID-MORNING SUNDAY MORNING. TEMPERATURES
  WILL REMAIN BELOW 28 DEGREES FOR 2 TO 5 HOURS TONIGHT.

* IMPACTS...THE PROLONGED PERIOD OF FREEZING TEMPERATURES COULD
  KILL STRAWBERRY PLANTS AND BLOOMS OF ANY FRUIT TREES IN THE
  WARNING AREA.
