* AIR QUALITY...LIGHT WINDS AND TEMPERATURE INVERSIONS WILL
  HEIGHTEN THE POTENTIAL FOR ELEVATED POLLUTION LEVELS IN CENTRAL
  WASHINGTON WASHINGTON THROUGH TUESDAY. WEAK WEATHER DISTURBANCES
  WILL PASS THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT...WITH A STRONGER COLD FRONT
  PASSAGE LATE FRIDAY INTO SATURDAY. HOWEVER VALLEYS NEAR THE
  CASCADES MAY NOT RECEIVE THE FULL BENEFIT OF THAT FRONT. SOME
  IMPROVEMENT IS POSSIBLE BUT IT IS EXPECTED TO BE SHORT-LIVED
  BEFORE MORE STAGNANT CONDITIONS WORK BACK IN. THUS THE ADVISORY
  IS EXTENDED THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING.
