THE LOWER COLUMBIA BASIN OF WASHINGTON...PRIMARILY IN THE TRI-
CITIES AREA. FOG WILL REMAIN IN THESE REGIONS THROUGH THE MORNING
HOURS.

ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM PST THURSDAY.

* VISIBILITY: REDUCED TO LESS THAN A QUARTER OF A MILE AT TIMES
  IN DENSE FOG.

* IMPACTS: AREAS OF FOG WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES IN THE LOWER
  COLUMBIA BASIN OF WASHINGTON...WHICH WILL AFFECT TRAVEL ALONG
  INTERSTATES 82...90 AND 182 AS WELL AS U.S. HIGHWAYS 12 AND 395.
  TRAVELERS ARE ADVISED TO EXERCISE CAUTION AND DRIVE WITH EXTREME
  CARE WHEN ENCOUNTERING FOG.
