.AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE CONTINUES TO DEEPEN OVER THE HIGH
PLAINS...RESULTING IN A STRONG PRESSURE GRADIENT ACROSS THE
REGION. STRONG SOUTHERLY WINDS NEAR 30 MPH ARE EXPECTED TODAY
ACROSS THE BIG COUNTRY AND CONCHO VALLEY. THIS WILL CAUSE
HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES ON EAST AND
WEST ROADS.

  WAYS...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. LIGHTWEIGHT
  OUTDOOR OBJECTS MAY BE BLOWN AROUND.

* TIMING: 10 AM THROUGH 6 PM TODAY.

* WINDS: FROM THE SOUTH NEAR 30 MPH WITH GUSTS OVER 35 MPH AT
  TIMES.
