HAZARDOUS WEATHER...
 * STRONG SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL DEVELOP ACROSS PORTIONS OF
   NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA LATE THIS MORNING...CONTINUING THROUGH MID
   AFTERNOON. WIND SPEEDS WILL DECREASE TOWARD SUNSET.

 * WIND GUSTS AS HIGH AS 45 MPH ARE POSSIBLE.

 * WINDS THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR
