TROUGH CURRENTLY IN THE KAUAI CHANNEL WILL STALL OVER THE EASTERN
END OF THE STATE TONIGHT. A WEAK SURFACE RIDGE WILL DEVELOP OVER
NORTHERN WATERS TONIGHT AND TUESDAY AND WILL BE PUSHED OVER THE
ISLANDS BY SATURDAY.
