.Synopsis... A weak cold front far to the north has weakened the
subtropical ridge of high pressure. As the front moves east, high
pressure will rebuild north of the area on Tuesday and strengthen the
trade winds. An upper level low will produce unstable conditions over
the western waters through Tuesday.

Hawaiian waters within 40 nautical miles including the channels-


.TONIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY...East winds 15 to 20 knots. Wind waves
4 to 6 feet. East swell 3 feet. Scattered heavy showers and
isolated thunderstorms.
.TUESDAY NIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY...East winds 15 to 25 knots.
Wind waves 4 to 6 feet. Southeast swell 3 feet and east swell 3
feet becoming 4 feet Wednesday. Scattered showers.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...East winds 15 to 25 knots. Wind waves 6 to
9 feet. Southeast swell 3 feet and east 5 feet. Isolated showers.
