.SYNOPSIS...A 988 mb Low 200 nm northwest of Point Hope will move
to near  Point Hope as a 996 mb low late tonight, to the Seward
Peninsula  as a 1000 mb low by 4pm Thu, and then moving inland. A
994 mb low  west of Saint Lawrence island will move south to
Nunivak Island  late tonight and continue south on Thursday.
