New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pres ridge over the
waters will move offshore today, then shift SE of the area
tonight into Tue. A cold front will approach from the NW Tue
night into Wed, then pass SE across the waters late Wed into Thu.
A weak low pres trough will move E over the waters later Thu and
Thu night. Another ridge will build SE into the area Fri and Fri
night.
