New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

The U.S. Coast Guard is currently experiencing degradation in
image quality of all HFFAX products. Troubleshooting of the
problem is taking place.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pres ridge will persist
across the S waters tonight into Thu, then weaken Thu night. A
weak cold front will pass SE across the N waters tonight,
followed by another cold front Thu night into Fri. An area of
high pres will build E towards the waters Fri and Fri night, move
E across the region Sat, then pass E of the waters Sat night
before continuing off to the E and SE Sun through Mon night.
Another cold front will move slowly E towards the waters Mon
night.
