New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pressure ridge will
build offshore and pass E across the waters tonight into Mon. A
weak low will pass E across the Gulf of Maine late Mon and Mon
night. A cold front will approach from the NW Tue, then pass SE
across the area Tue night, followed by a low pressure trough on
Wed. Another ridge will build offshore Wed night, slowly move E
over the waters Thu through Fri, then shift E of the area Fri
night.
