.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure trough along the
California coast will weaken today. A cold front will move S into
the northern waters tonight, continue into the central waters Sun
into Sun night, then pass S across the southern waters Mon. A low
pressure trough will strengthen along the California coast Mon,
weaken Mon night, then persist into Wed. A second cold front will
move into the northern waters Wed night.
