.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pres trough will persist
near the California coast through the period. A high pres ridge
NW of the area will persist tonight through Tue, then move into
the northern waters and weaken Tue night. The ridge will
strengthen and slowly build E Wed into Thu night. A weak cold
front will move SE into the northern waters late Wed and Wed
night, and into the central waters Thu before dissipating Thu
night.
