.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure trough will
persist along the California coast tonight through Sun night. The
trough will intensify along the central and northern California
coasts Fri night into Sun night. High pressure will build to the
northwest and west of the area through Thu night, recede to the
west Fri into Sat, and then begin to rebuild toward the east Sat
night into Sun night.
