...NOAA Weather Radio Station KXI-96 at Russell Mountain is Off the
Air...

NOAA Weather Radio station KXI-96 at Russell Mountain, operating on
a frequency of 162.40 MHz, and serving Cleburne, Independence,
Jackson, White, Woodruff, Pulaski, Lonoke, Prairie, and Monroe
Counties is currently off the air.

Technicians will investigate the problem later this morning.
However, at this time, it is unknown when the transmitter will
return to service.

In the mean time, people are encouraged to tune to the following
NOAA Weather Radio transmitters for backup...

WXJ-51 at Jonesboro, 162.55 MHz...

Serving Jackson and Woodruff Counties

WXJ-55 at Little Rock, 162.55 MHZ...

Serving Cleburne, Pulaski, Lonoke, Prairie and White Counties
