SURVEY_SUMMARY: NUMEROUS TREES WERE SNAPPED OR UPROOTED AS WELL
AS SCATTERED TREE LIMBS AND LEAF DEBRIS THROUGHOUT MUCH OF
PHILADELPHIA. MUCH OF THE DAMAGE TO HOMES WAS DUE TO TREES
FALLING ON THEM. THE NWS WOULD LIKE TO THANK EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT
OFFICIALS AND LOCAL POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENTS THAT HELPED US
GET INTO AREAS WE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS OTHERWISE.
