REPORT FROM THE EFFECTS OF SUPER TYPHOON VONGFONG (19W) FROM 1 OCT
TO 11 OCT 2014 AS IT PASSED THROUGH THE WFO GUAM AOR FROM WEST OF
MAJURO...NORTH OF POHNPEI...OVER THE ISLAND OF ROTA AS A TYPHOON AND
THEN NORTHWEST TO THE AOR BOUNDARY AT 25N130E. ROTA RECEIVED TYPHOON
INTENSITY WINDS WHILE GUAM RECEIVED TROPICAL STORM WINDS. SAIPAN AND
TINIAN WERE JUST NORTH OF THE TROPICAL STORM WIND RADII.
