REPORT FROM THE EFFECTS OF SUPER TYPHOON PHANFONE (19W) FROM 26 SEP
TO 4 OCT 2014 AS IT PASSED THROUGH THE WFO GUAM AOR FROM JUST NORTH
OF KOSRAE...NORTH OF POHNPEI...NORTH  OF SAIPAN AS A TROPICAL STORM
BEFORE IT BECAME A TYPHOON WEST OF THE MARINAS. PHANFONE EXITED THE
GUAM AOR ON 4OCT NEAR 25N 133E.
