AT BAKERSFIELD MEADOWS FIELD AIRPORT, 0.74 INCH OF RAIN WAS REPORTED
TODAY. THIS BREAKS THE OLD HIGH DAILY PRECIPITATION RECORD OF 0.46
INCH, WHICH WAS SET IN 2005.

ALSO AT BAKERSFIELD, THE MINIMUM TEMPERATURE ON JANUARY 8TH WAS 57
DEGREES. THIS BREAKS THE RECORD HIGH MINIMUM TEMPERATURE OF 53
DEGREES WHICH WAS LAST SET FOR THE DATE IN 2017. ON JANUARY 7TH, THE
