.DISCUSSION...VARIABLY CLOUDY SKIES ARE EXPECTED TODAY WITH SOME
MORNING FOG. HIGHS WILL REACH THE UPPER 50S TO MID 60S WITH
MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITIES IN THE 30S. SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL
INCREASE TO 10 TO 20 MPH.

AFTERNOON. UNFAVORABLE WEATHER CONDITIONS OR A LOW MOISTURE
CONTENT OF GRASSES, AND OTHER DRY ORGANIC MATERIAL ON THE GROUND,
INDICATE THAT THERE IS A MODERATE TO HIGH POTENTIAL FOR A FIRE
OCCURRENCE. OUTDOOR BURNING SHOULD BE RESTRICTED TO EARLY MORNING
OR EVENING HOURS WHEN WIND SPEEDS ARE USUALLY LOWER AND THE
RELATIVE HUMIDITY IS HIGHER.

THE OUTLOOK FOR TUESDAY AFTERNOON, THE GRASSLAND FIRE DANGER
INDEX WILL REACH THE LOW CATEGORY TO MODERATE CATEGORY.
