WILL RANGE FROM 30 PERCENT ACROSS NORTHWESTERN INTO WEST CENTRAL
SD...TO 50 PERCENT ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL SD. HIGHS WILL BE IN THE
30S TO LOWER 40S.

NORTHWEST WINDS OF 10 TO 20 MPH ARE EXPECTED ON TUESDAY. THERE
WILL BE A SLIGHT CHANCE OF RAIN OR SNOW SHOWERS THROUGHOUT THE
