Monday FWZ 310 and 313...

.Gusty winds are expected Monday. Downsloping winds will cause
afternoon humidity to fall to around 15 percent across the
southern Nebraska Panhandle and extreme southeast Wyoming mainly
in the afternoon.

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zone 313.Fire weather zone 310.

* WIND...West at 15 to 25 mph sustained with gusts to 40 mph
  possible.

* HUMIDITY...Humidity may fall to 10 to 15 percent across the
  southern Nebraska Panhandle and extreme southeast Wyoming Monday
  afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.
