* WIND...SOUTH 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS NEAR 30 TO 40 MPH.

* HUMIDITY...10 TO 20 PERCENT.

* TEMPERATURE...67 TO 77.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY.
  OUTDOOR BURNING SHOULD BE AVOIDED.
