.WINDS IN THE EASTERN COLUMBIA RIVER GORGE WILL INCREASE FRIDAY
AND BECOME BREEZY FRIDAY EVENING AND AGAIN ON THE FOURTH OF JULY.
LOCALLY BREEZY WINDS ARE EXPECTED IN THE LOWER COLUMBIA BASIN...
THE EAST SLOPES OF THE NORTHERN OREGON CASCADES...AND IN CENTRAL
OREGON FRIDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH THE FOURTH OF JULY. THE RELATIVE
HUMIDITY VALUES IN THESE AREAS WILL BE DRY...AND EVEN WINDS IN
THE 10 TO 20 MPH RANGE MAY CAUSE RAPID FIRE SPREAD.
