AND EXTREME SOUTHEAST WASHINGTON THROUGH AT LEAST SATURDAY
EVENING. ABUNDANT LIGHTNING CAN BE EXPECTED WITH THESE STORMS

* TIMING...THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT WILL INCREASE WITH SCATTERED
  THUNDERSTORMS BY THIS EVENING. SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS CAN BE
  EXPECTED IN THE AFTERNOONS AND EVENINGS THROUGH SATURDAY.
