EVENING FOR VERY DRY AND WINDY CONDITIONS FOR LOCATIONS ALONG AND
WEST OF HIGHWAY 75 ACROSS NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TULSA HAS ISSUED A RED FLAG
WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM NOON TODAY TO 7 PM CST THIS
EVENING.

* AFFECTED AREA...IN OKLAHOMA, OSAGE, WASHINGTON, PAWNEE, TULSA,
  CREEK, OKFUSKEE, AND OKMULGEE COUNTIES.

* WIND...SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST WINDS 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS NEAR 40
  MPH.

* HUMIDITY...AROUND 20 PERCENT FROM MID TO LATE AFTERNOON.

* TEMPERATURE...HIGHS IN THE LOW TO MID 70S.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY.
  OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

REPORT ANY FIRES IMMEDIATELY TO LOCAL OFFICIALS.
