...HIGH FLOWS ON THE DONNER UND BLITZEN RIVER...

 HEAVY RAINFALL YESTERDAY EVENING AND LAST NIGHT ACROSS THE DONNER
UND BLITZEN RIVER HEADWATERS IN SOUTHERN HARNEY COUNTY HAS CAUSED
SIGNIFICANT RISES ON THE RIVER. WATER LEVELS HAVE SIGNIFICANTLY
INCREASED AT THE RIVER GAGE NEAR FRENCH GLEN. THE RIVER IS NOT
EXPECTED TO REACH FLOOD STAGE BUT CAUTION IS ADVISED FOR THOSE
RECREATING ALONG THE RIVER IN THE FRENCH GLEN AREA. WATER LEVELS
SHOULD BEGIN RECEDING LATER THIS MORNING.
