...High water levels will continue for the Lower North Platte River
at Mitchell...

.Hydrologic Summary...

Upstream reservior releases are decreasing and the North Platte River
stage at Mitchell continues to fall.

For the North Platte River near Mitchell...the latest stage is 6.7
feet Wednesday morning at 330 AM. Flood stage is 7.5 feet. The river
is forecast to continue falling. The river is forecast to fall below action
stage of 6.5 feet by early Thursday morning.
