.The following river forecasts include forecast precipitation through
tonight. Any additional future rains could affect the crest
forecasts.

The river levels on the Little Sioux at Spencer will continue rising to
near flood stage over the next few days. Additional rain could
affect the crest forecasts.

* The stage at 7 PM Tuesday was 9.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* The river is expected to rise to near 10.4 feet around 7 PM
  Thursday...but will remain below flood stage.
