* LATEST STAGE:   9.0 FEET LATE THIS AFTERNOON.
* BANKFULL STAGE: 9.0 FEET.
* FLOOD STAGE:    20.0 FEET.
* FORECAST: WEST MUSTANG CREEK WILL CREST JUST ABOVE 9 FEET EARLY THIS EVENING
  AND THEN FALL BACK BELOW ACTION STAGE BY MIDNIGHT.


PERSONS ARE URGED TO STAY AWAY FROM THE RIVER UNTIL WATER LEVELS RECEDE.
