along the East Cache Creek...

  For the East Cache Creek near Walters...

* Flood stage is 21.0 feet.

* The latest stage was 19.46 feet at 5 AM Saturday.

* The East Cache Creek is forecast to crest near 20.8 feet
  early Saturday afternoon.

* Impact...When the East Cache Creek reaches 21.0 feet near Walters...
  Shallow flooding occurs over croplands...pastures...and low-lying
  local roads along and near the creek in southern Comanche County
  and Cotton County.
