STATES THIS MORNING.

TODAY...WINDY CONDITIONS WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE WESTERN DAKOTAS AND
EASTERN MONTANA. EXPECT WIND GUSTS TO NEAR 40 MPH. HIGHS WILL
RANGE FROM THE 30S IN MINNESOTA AND THE EASTERN DAKOTAS...TO THE 40S
IN THE WESTERN DAKOTAS AND EASTERN MONTANA.

TONIGHT...BREEZY SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL CONTINUE INTO THE EVENING
HOURS. TEMPERATURES WILL DROP INTO THE 30S...MAKING FOR A CHILLY
HALLOWEEN NIGHT.

THIS WEEKEND...EXPECT PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES AND NOT AS WINDY WITH
HIGHS IN THE 40S AND 50S. LOWS IN THE 20S AND 30S.
