WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC BETWEEN THE EQUATOR AND 25N FROM 130E TO 180.

THE REMNANTS OF TROPICAL DEPRESSION MUIFA ARE CENTERED NEAR
18N136E AND CONTINUE TO MOVE NORTH AROUND 10 MPH. A LARGE AREA OF
CLOUDINESS ON THE EASTERN SIDE OF THE LOW BETWEEN 15N AND 20N AND
136E TO 138E HAS NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ASSOCIATED
WITH IT. MORE ISOLATED SHOWERS ARE LOCATED BETWEEN 15N AND 10N.
ANOTHER AREA OF SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS IS LOCATED
NORTHWEST OF THE MARIANAS FROM 10N TO 20N AND 140 TO 145E.

TRADE-WIND CONVERGENCE IS TRIGGERING SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS FROM BETWEEN THE EQUATOR AND 5N AND 161E AND 168E.
THE WESTERN EDGE OF THIS AREA IS VERY CLOSE TO KOSRAE.

ADDITIONAL ISOLATED SHOWERS WERE LOCATED NEAR YAP AND BETWEEN YAP
AND KOROR BETWEEN 7N AND 10N AND 135E AND 139E AND BETWEEN 5N AND
10N AND 125E AND 132E.

A COLD FRONT EXTENDS NORTHEASTWARD FROM AROUND 25N135E. IT ALSO
CURVES SOUTHWESTWARD TO BEYOND 130E AT AROUND 21N. A LARGE AREA
OF CLOUDINESS AND SHOWERS EXTENDED ABOUT 300 MILES NORTHWEST OF
THE COLD FRONT.
