VALLEY AND NORTHWEST CONNECTICUT THROUGH 10 AM...AND SHOULD
PERSIST THROUGH NOON.

ALTHOUGH THE SNOW WILL BE VERY LIGHT...WITH ANY ACCUMULATIONS
MAINLY A COATING TO A FEW TENTHS OF AN INCH EXPECTED...THE
CONSISTENCY OF THE SNOW WILL BE VERY GRAINY IN NATURE...AND WITH
TEMPERATURES REMAINING BELOW FREEZING...MAY LEAD TO LOCALLY SLIPPERY
TRAVEL CONDITIONS THROUGH NOONTIME ON UNTREATED ROAD AND WALKING
SURFACES.

MOTORISTS AND PEDESTRIANS ARE URGED TO USE EXTRA CAUTION THROUGH
NOONTIME...AS THE VERY LIGHT SNOW OCCURS.
