...SHOWERS MAY BE ACCOMPANIED BY ROTATION OF LOW CLOUDINESS
EARLY THIS EVENING...

DUE TO STRONG LOW TO MID LEVEL SHEAR IN THE ATMOSPHERE...WHERE
WIND SPEEDS ARE RAPIDLY INCREASING WITH HEIGHT...SOME SHOWERS
OVER EAST CENTRAL MAINE MAY BE ACCOMPANIED BY ROTATION OF LOW
CLOUDINESS AS THEY PASS OVERHEAD THROUGH THE EARLY EVENING HOURS.
HOWEVER DUE TO A LACK A VERTICAL DEVELOPMENT OF THESE SHOWERS...
WE DO NOT ANTICIPATE MUCH MORE DEVELOPMENT THAN THIS AT THIS
TIME. IN THE EVENT IF YOU SEE A FUNNEL CLOUD...PLEASE REPORT THIS
TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AND HAVE THEM RELAY IT TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER
SERVICE OFFICE AT CARIBOU.
