EVENING...

STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP AND MOVE ACROSS
NORTHERN AND WESTERN AREAS THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. SOME OF THE
STORMS COULD HIT SEVERE LIMITS WITH WIND GUSTS GREATER THAN 58 MPH
AND HAIL ALONG WITH HEAVY RAINFALL. THE AREAS MOST PRONE TO THE
STRONGER STORMS WILL BE THE FROM THE ALLAGASH AND SAINT JOHN
VALLEY SOUTHEAST INTO THE CARIBOU AND PRESQUE ISLE AREA INCLUDING
THE MARS HILL REGION.

IF THREATENING WEATHER APPROACHES YOUR AREA,TAKE COVER IN A
SHELTER OR BUILDING. STRONG THUNDERSTORMS CAN BECOME SEVERE,
PRODUCING LARGE HAIL, DAMAGING WINDS, DEADLY LIGHTNING, AND VERY
