NEAR SHEPHERD...OR 13 MILES NORTHEAST OF CLEVELAND...MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH.

WINDS IN EXCESS OF 30 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM. BRIEF
HEAVY RAINFALL AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE.
