LINE EXTENDING INEZ TO 8 MILES NORTHEAST OF PRESTONSBURG TO
PRESTONSBURG...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

RESIDENTS SHOULD EXPECT VERY HEAVY RAIN...WITH RAINFALL RATES BETWEEN
ONE AND TWO INCHES PER HOUR...GUSTY WINDS OF 30 TO 40 MPH...AND
