AT 612 PM PDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING A
THUNDERSTORM 7 MILES SOUTH OF TUSCARORA...MOVING EAST AT 5 MPH.

EXPECT OUTFLOW WINDS BETWEEN 25 AND 45 MPH TO IMPACT THE BOOTSTRAP
FIRE FROM VARIOUS DIRECTIONS...ALONG WITH HEAVY RAIN.

THE RAIN WILL MOSTLY BE NORTH OF THE FIRE...BUT RUN OFF COULD AFFECT
ROADS IN THE AREA. OUTFLOWS FROM VARIOUS STORMS AND SHOWERS WILL BE
ERRATIC.
