...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SOUTHEASTERN MONROE AND
NORTHEASTERN ARKANSAS COUNTIES UNTIL 115 AM CDT...

At 1239 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles northwest of St. Charles, or 18 miles east of Stuttgart, moving
east at 20 mph.

Dime size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
this storm.
