PRODUCE HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS OVER PORTIONS OF EASTERN
NORTH CAROLINA EARLY THIS MORNING. THE FOG WILL BE MOST WIDESPREAD
ALONG AND WEST OF HIGHWAY 17 AND IS EXPECTED TO BURN OFF BY 1000
AM EDT.

MOTORISTS SHOULD USE CAUTION AND BE ALERT FOR SUDDENLY REDUCED
VISIBILITIES.
