LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES IN THE 25 TO 30 PERCENT
RANGE...COUPLED WITH BREEZY NORTHWEST WINDS OF 15 TO 25 MPH WILL
LEAD TO INCREASED FIRE DANGER CONDITIONS TODAY ACROSS ALL OF
EASTERN NORTH CAROLINA EXCEPT THE OUTER BANKS.

RESIDENTS OF EASTERN NORTH CAROLINA ARE ADVISED TO CANCEL OR
POSTPONE ANY OUTDOOR BURNING TO PREVENT POTENTIAL RAPID SPREAD OF
FIRES.
