16N144E WITH SUSTAINED WINDS OF 60 MPH AND MOVING WEST-NORTHWESTWARD
AT ABOUT 14 MPH. THERE MAY STILL BE PERIODS RAIN AND SOUTHEAST WINDS
OF 35 MPH TO 45 MPH OVERNIGHT...BUT RESIDENTS OF TINIAN AND SAIPAN
CAN EXPECT GRADUALLY IMPROVING WEATHER THROUGH MONDAY MORNING
