HERE IS A SPECIAL WEATHER STATEMENT FROM THE NATIONAL WEATHER
SERVICE...

...AREAS OF DENSE FOG EARLY THIS MORNING...

LIGHT WINDS AND LOW-LEVEL MOISTURE HAVE RESULTED IN AREAS OF DENSE
FOG THIS MORNING. THE FOG WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO BELOW ONE
QUARTER OF A MILE AT TIMES THROUGH AT LEAST DAYBREAK. THESE
CONDITIONS WILL LIKELY NOT IMPROVE UNTIL MID MORNING IN SOME
LOCATIONS.

MOTORISTS SHOULD BE ALERT FOR SUDDEN REDUCTIONS IN VISIBILITY AND
ALLOW FOR A LITTLE EXTRA TRAVEL TIME EARLY THIS MORNING.
