SOUTHEASTERLY WINDS AHEAD OF A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL INCREASE
TONIGHT OVER THE MOUNTAINS TO 30 TO 45 MPH. THE STRONGEST WINDS
WILL PRIMARILY AFFECT THE RIDGE TOPS AND HILL TOPS...BUT SLIGHTLY
LOWER GUSTS WILL ALSO BE EXPERIENCED IN THE MOUNTAIN VALLEYS.

DRIVERS ARE URGED TO EXERCISE CAUTION AND BE AWARE OF
CROSSWINDS...ESPECIALLY IN HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.
