...LIGHT SNOW AND BLACK ICE TO CAUSE SLIPPERY CONDITIONS THIS
MORNING...

PATCHES OF LIGHT SNOW WILL MOVE ACROSS THE REGION EARLY THIS
MORNING RESULTING IN AN ADDITIONAL COATING OF SNOW IN SPOTS. THIS
SNOWFALL IN COMBINATION WITH AREAS OF FREEZING FOG...AND BLACK
ICE WILL LIKELY LEAD TO SLIPPERY SPOTS ON AREA ROADWAYS THROUGH
MID MORNING. PATCHY DENSE FREEZING FOG MAY ALSO REDUCE VISIBILITIES
TO BELOW ONE MILE AT TIMES. MOTORISTS ARE ADVISED TO USE EXTRA
CAUTION IF TRAVELING...ESPECIALLY ON SECONDARY ROADS...AND IN THE
VICINITY OF BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES THAT MAY BE ICE OR SNOW COVERED
EARLY THIS MORNING. CONDITIONS SHOULD SLOWLY IMPROVE LATER THIS
MORNING AS TEMPERATURES SLOWLY RISE ABOVE FREEZING.
