The National Weather Service in Springfield has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Northern Bourbon County in southeastern Kansas...

* Until 715 PM CDT.

* At 623 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Fulton, or 11
  miles north of Fort Scott, moving east at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Bronson, Uniontown, Fulton, Mapleton, Hammond, Devon, Harding, and
  Xenia.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM CDT for southeastern
Kansas...and west central Missouri.
